ECLIPSE exists because the options were never good enough. Mainstream dating apps treat ethical non-monogamy like a filter setting. The older lifestyle sites treat safety like an afterthought, and everything else runs on group chats and who happens to know who.
So we built the trust layer first. Every member verifies their identity before they can browse. Profiles are real people whose standing in the community means something, and discretion is designed into the product itself: what you share, who can see it, and how you are notified all stay under your control.
This is a community for adults who take consent seriously and still want the room to feel like a night out. Upscale, warm, and unhurried.
A note from the founder. I kept meeting good people in the wrong rooms, places where nobody checked who anyone was and discretion was a rumor. ECLIPSE is the room I went looking for and could not find, so I am building it properly: verified, consent first, and private by design. Philadelphia is the founding city. Its first class activates in invitation waves drawn from the waitlist, in signup order, once the founding group is large enough to feel like a real community from the first night.
You do not need a Philadelphia address to join the list. Signups are welcome from everywhere, and everyone outside the founding city joins a national list. When enough people gather in a new place, that city gets its own founding class and its own opening, with the same rules and the same standard of care.
Wherever you live, joining early matters. Founding status in your city belongs to the people who were on its list while it formed.

Safety is never paywalled. Verification, blocking and reporting, the safety meetup tools, and every privacy control are available on every plan, including free. Nobody should have to upgrade to feel safe.

Honest screenshot protection
No website can truly detect a screenshot, so we do not pretend otherwise. Private photos carry a faint watermark naming the member viewing them and the date, which makes sharing them a decision nobody makes lightly.
Discretion by design
A quick exit button leaves for a neutral page in one tap. Notification previews stay vague, galleries stay locked until you unlock them, and blocking someone removes you from their world entirely.
One honest line, in the open: ECLIPSE does not conduct criminal background checks. Verification confirms identity. It does not certify character, and we will never dress it up as more than it is. Your judgment, the community’s standing system, and our moderation team do the rest together.
Events and Hosting
The calendar is member made.
ECLIPSE gatherings range from quiet cocktail evenings to full venue nights, and they are hosted by members themselves. Hosts build a standing over time: a host whose guests keep showing up happy earns faster approvals and a visible track record that guests can read before they buy a ticket.
Tickets live on your account, transfers run until check-in, and the door stays orderly because every guest is a verified member. Guests review events afterward, and those reviews belong to the host’s record.

When does Philadelphia open?

I live in another city. Should I still join?
Yes. Everyone outside Philadelphia joins the national list. Cities open as their communities form, and the people who were on the list while a city formed become that city’s founding class, with founding pricing locked.
How does verification work, and what happens to my ID?
Before your profile appears anywhere, you complete an identity check with a government issued ID. Verification confirms that you are a real adult and that you are who your account says you are. Your documents are handled by the verification provider, and ECLIPSE keeps the result, not a copy of your ID on display. One plain note: verification confirms identity, and ECLIPSE does not conduct criminal background checks.
Are couples welcome?
Very. Partners can link their accounts so people can see the connection, and each person still verifies their own identity and controls their own profile. Singles are equally welcome, and everyone plays by the same house rules.
What does it cost?
Joining the waitlist is free, and so is a basic membership once you are in. Select is $29.99 a month, $59.99 quarterly, or $179.99 a year. Members of a founding class lock $19.99 a month, or $119.99 a year, for as long as they stay subscribed. Safety features are never behind the paywall.
How do invitations work?
When your city’s founding window opens, invitations go out by email in waves, in the order people joined the list. Your invitation carries a claim link that activates your account. Windows stay open for a set period with reminders along the way, and an unclaimed founding invitation simply lapses into regular membership later, at regular rates.

Privacy Policy for this site
Effective November 8, 2026. This policy covers this waitlist site. The ECLIPSE membership platform has its own documents, presented in full before any account is created.
What we collect. When you join the waitlist we record your first name, email address, city, ZIP code, your mobile number if you choose to give it, how you plan to participate, whether you are joining as a single or a couple if you choose to say, and any referral or founding code you enter. If someone referred you, we record who, so they are credited.
Where it is kept. Your signup is stored with our email provider, Resend, and this site is hosted by Vercel. We do not keep a separate copy anywhere else.
What we use it for. To hold your place, to send the confirmation and launch emails you agreed to receive, to text your claim invitation when your founding window opens if you gave us a number, to invite founding classes in order, to credit referrals, and to understand, in totals only, where interest is gathering so we can choose future cities.
What we never do. We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never share it with advertisers. Your interest in ECLIPSE is itself private, and we treat it that way.
Email and consent. We email you only because you asked us to. You can leave the list at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to hello@eclipselsapp.com, and we will remove you and confirm it.
On your device. This site remembers your age confirmation on your own device so it does not ask on every visit. It sets no advertising trackers.
Adults only. This site is for people 21 and over. If we learn a signup came from someone younger, we delete it.
Your choices. Write to legal@eclipselsapp.com at any time to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. Deletion requests are honored and confirmed by email.
Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with its effective date before it takes effect.
ECLIPSE membership itself is governed by its Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Refund Policy. The full documents are presented to every member before account creation, and joining requires accepting them.
